best onboarding we have had

They told us in the first call that two of the services we had asked for would not help us, and said why. The audit found eleven issues, ranked by impact with effort estimates, and our developers could act on it directly. Reporting arrives on the second working day of the month, every month, without a reminder. We cancelled a second product mid-term and they prorated the refund without an argument. They have added features in response to our requests twice, and told us no, with a reason, three times.

We were sold a dedicated account manager and have had five in eight months. The campaign strategy document lost three months of historical data in a migration and there was no backup. Moving to another supplier in January.

Long may it continue

We cancelled a second product mid-term and they prorated the refund without an argument. The link building programme is the only tool in our stack that nobody on the team complains about. Onboarding took eleven days from contract to first report, and they did the data migration themselves. They have added features in response to our requests twice, and told us no, with a reason, three times. Long may it continue.

Onboarding was lovely. After a couple of months the app started feeling sluggish with our larger projects, and they told me it was a known issue.
