Tracking updated properly at each scan instead of sitting on in transit for 9. I asked for the sleeves to be checked before dispatch after a previous shop sent me two left cuffs, and they actually did it and said so in the note. Pleased I took the chance.

The wool overcoat has deep pockets that fit a phone and keys without gaping, which sounds minor until you own twenty things that do not, they sent a replacement before I had posted the faulty one back, on trust. i have reccomended them to four colleagues and two have since ordered the corduroy shirt on the strength off it.

The lining are cupro rather than the usual slippery polyester, so it does not cling in warm weather. The box was the right size for the contents, wich is rarer than it should be. The jersey t-shirt three-pack has surviveed a toddler, a dog & a tumble dryer I was not supposed to use, and it still looks presentable. The whole thing was straightforward in a way that online shopping usually is not.
