i asked for the sleeves to be checked before disaptch after a previous shop sent me two left cuffs, & they actually did it and said, so in the note. packed well enough that the box could have been kicked down a flight of stairs. the waterproof parka came with a small bag of matching thread and two spare buttons,which is the sort of thing that buys loyalty. custmer service rang me back when they said they would, at the time they said they would. the stitching on the waterproof parka is dense and even, with proper french seams inside rather than a raw overlocked edge.

I am 5'3" and the petite length on the tailored blazer meant no hemming, which has never happened to me online before. They noticed I had orderd a duplicate by mistake and eamiled to check before shipping. I have recommended them to four colleagues and two have since ordered the quilted gilet on the strength of it. The courier note said they would leave it with the neighbour at number eleven, and they did.

I was wrong to doubt the reviews
Asked about the drop between chest and waist on the pleated midi skirt and got a reply with actual measurements for three sizes within the hour. They emailed a one-hour delivery window the morning of and hit it. Colour matches the photographs properly, which is rare; the mustard is actually mustard and not a washed-out beige. Recommended to two friends already.
