I ordered the linen shirt on a Sunday night and it was hanging in my wardrobe by Tuesday lunchtime. The dispatch note listed everything with the prices, so checking the order took thirty seconds. The collar on the tailored blazer holds its shape after washing because there is a proper fused interlining in there. I had a query about VAT on a business order and they sorted it within the hour.

exactly as described

The lining is cupro rather than the usual slippery polyester,, so it does not cling in warm weather. They sent a replacement before I had posted the faulty one back, on trust.

The ribbed knit jumper arrvied in good order but the colour swatch on the website is clearly photographed in brighter light than mine. The confirmation email went to spam, so I spent an day thinking the order had failed.

honest shop

They list the fabric weight in grams per square metre on every page, and that one detail has made me stop guessing. Delivery was free over a sensible threshold rather than one calculated to make you add something you do not want. Hems are double-turned and the thread colour matches the cloth exactly, top and bottom. Order confirmation, dispatch and delivery notices, and then nothing else; no marketing at all.

they fixed it in a day

Every item i have had from them runs true to the measurements on the page rather than to some invented house size. they noticed i had ordered a duplicate by mistake and emailed to check before shipping. i bought the wool overcoat for a wedding WITH nine days to spare and it arrived in 5, so the panic was unnecessary. I have no criticism at all.

The care label is printed clearly in English with actual temperatures rather than six ambiguous symbols. They told me honestly that the item would not arrive before the weekend rather than letting me hope. Colour matches the photographs properly, which is rare; the mustard is actually mustard and not a washed-out beige. The item arrived a day earlier than the estimate, which is the right direction for an estimate to be wrong in. The buttons are horn rather than moulded plastic, and there was a spare sewn into the inside of the placket .

I orderd the cotton poplin dress in two sizes to be safe and the size guide turned out to be exact,, so the spare went back the same week with no fuss. Returns label was already in the box, prepaid, and the refund landed in 4. Pleased I took the chance.
