Everything I need for a four-person agency: tasks, time, invoices. Occasionally the timer forgets to save if I close the tab too fast. Support was friendly about it and said they were on it.

The billing portal gives me the one number my board asks about without me having to build a slide. They ran a training session for our content team and sent the recording and a written summary afterwards. Contract was two pages, plain English, with a thirty-day notice period and no auto-renewal trap. Best decision we made this year.

Customers email one address, and any of us can pick up the thread. We tag them, assign them, and nothing gets lost. Our reply time went from a day to a couple of hours haha
