Switzerlandpleased overall but we had to chase the first report and it arrived 3 late. support is knowledgeable and only available in one time zone which hurts our US team. the monthly call is useful when it happens and has been rescheduled four times.

The analytics integration is good but the permissions model is all or nothing, so I cannot give a contractor limited access. The API works but it is rate limited tightly and the documentation is thin on pagination.

Service is good and the contract has a twelve-month minimum which we felt on month two. A fix or two away from excellent !

Results are solid and the reporting is harder to read than it needs to be. The platform is good but onboarding took 2 rather than the two weeks promised in the pitch. The training session is a real improvement on what we had, with a reporting delay of about forty-eight hours. Good communication during the project and almost none between projects.
