United StatesThe waterproof parka is comfortable but the armholes are cut high, and it restricts reaching up.No dispatch email, so the parcel turning up was an surprise. I am pleased with it, though I had to chase the dispatch email for two days before anything moved. The courier left it in the porch in the rain despite my note.

United StatesFit is spot on, although the inside seams are overlocked rather than finished and you can feel them against the skin. the parcel was left at a collection point without anyone asking me first. the wool overcoat is well cut and the fabric is lovely, but it arrived creased in a flat mailing bag rather than folded properly. Not perfect, but good.

Colour matches the photographs properly, which is rare; the mustard is actually mustard and not a washed-out beige. The dispatch note listed everything with the prices, so checking the order took thirty seconds. I asked for the slerves to be checked before dispatch after a previous shop sent me two left cuffs, and they actually did it and said so in the note. A keeper.
