United Statesthe merino cardigan arrived in good order but the colour swatch on the website is clearly photographed in brighter light than mine. i was offered a credit note rather than a refund and had to ask twice for the refund.
AustraliaGood qualigy overall, although the colour is a shade deeper than the photograph on my screen. Tracking said out for delivery for two days running before anything appeared. Minor gripes only.

Pleased overall, but the garment smelled strongly of the factory finish and needed two washes before I would wear it out.

FranceComfortable and smart, altho it has already bobbled slightly after three wears where my seatbellllt crosses. It all worked out, but the stock level on the site said eleven and the item were actually back-ordered.
Spainno complaints about the item itself; the postage cost nearly as much as the garment, wich stung. Support were polite but it took three emails to get a straight answer. Fits well and washes well, but the pattern is noticeably off-centre at the front seam. The sizing information on the site is thin and I had to guess.
