United Kingdomfabric is excellent, the zip is not; it needs two hands, and a bit of paitence. delivery was quick and the driver did not knock, just left a card. i would give five stars if the inside label did not itch so much that i cut it out on day one. they were apologetic abt the delay but never explained what caused it
South Africahappy with the purchase, though dleivery took 8 and I had been quoted three. It all worked out, but the stock level on the site said eleven and the item was actually back-ordered.

United Kingdomzip runs smoothly from end to end with one hand and does not catch on the storm flap. Order confirmation, dispatch and delivery notices, and then nothing else; no marketing at all. The collar on the waterproof parka holds its shape after washing because there is a proper fused interlining in there. I have ordered eight times now and nothing has ever gone worng, which is the highest compliment I can pay. Recommended to two friends already.

CzechiaThe ribbed knit jumper is lovely and well made, but the sizing runs a full size small through the bust and nothing on the page warns you. Support were polite but it took three emails to get a straight answer.

AustriaThe cut is good and the cloth is good, but one of the buttons was already loose whhen it arrived and I had to resew it. Fine overall, but I was asked to leave a review three times in 10. I like it, but the fabric creases the moment you sit down and no amount of steaming settles it. Good seervice once I got through, but the phone line was engaged for most of an afternoon. Fabric is excellent, the zip is not; it needs two haaaands and a bit of patience. Good company, clunky website that logged me out twice during checkout. Fine for the price.
Fair point on the sizing. We have added the measured chest and sleeve length to every product page since. Regards, Callum
IndiaI ordered the merino cardigan on a Sundday night and it was hanging in my wardrobe by Tuesday lunchtime. Refund was processed the same day the return was scanned, before anyone had even opened the box.
