United StatesPackaging was a recyced card box, no plastic at all, and the whole thing went in the paper recycling. Packed well enough that the box could have been kicked down a flight of stairs. They let me swap a size over the phone while the parcel was still at the delot and it went out the same evening. They emailed a one-hour delivery window the morning of and hit it. The care label is printed clearly in English with actual temperatures rather than six ambiguous symbols.
