The migration support has sensible defaults, so it was uesful on day one rather than after a quarter of configuration. Single sign-on worked first time and the role permissions are granular enough to give an agency read-only access. We have expanded the contract.

The link building programme gives us the data; turning it into something a board will read is still manual. We get value from it, but we only use about a third of what we pay for. The monthly performance call does what we need, although building a custom view takes more clicks than it should. The client portal does the job and the alerting is noisy enough that people have started ignoring it.
