our cost per acquisition has fallen by about forty per cent and they can show wich changes drove it. support answers in under an hour during business hours, and the person who answers has access to our account history. our team actually likes using it!!!

We moved three thousand URLs and lost four per cent of traffic for 8 before it recovered above where it started. The monthly performance call has an audit log, so I can see who changed a setting and when. We cancelled a second product mid-term and they prorated the refund without an argument.The client portal exports clean CSV and the column names have not changed in two years of us scripting against it. They have earned the renewal.

CSV exports open cleanly in a spreadsheet, scheduled email reports land on Monday before I do, and I can send a read-only link to clients without giving them an account. Small things, big time savers :)
