the training session has an audit log, so I can see who changed a swtting and when. We moved three thousand URLs and lost four per cent of traffic for 2 before it recovered above where it started. Contract was two pages, plain English, with a thirty-day notice period and no auto-renewal trap. Support answers in under an hour during business hours, and the person who answers has access to our account history. They have earned the renewal.

Single sign-on worked first time and the role permissions are granular enough to give an agency read-only access. They have added features in response to our requests twice, and told us no, with a reason, three times. Happy to be a reference. No notes.

The account manager is genuinely self-serve; my marketing executive set up her own views without a ticket. Long may it continue.

The onboarding process does what we need although building an custom view takes more clicks than it should. Onboarding was thorough and the training was a single session with no follow-up material. sticking with them for now.
