NetherlandsRecommended to two peers already....
The API is documented with working examples and the rate limits are published rather than discovered. Easy to justify to finznce. Recommended to two peers already.

FranceOur whole team adopted it
Previously only the analyst opened our old tool. Here designers, writers and the CEO all look at the same screens.

the training session has an audit log, so I can see who changed a swtting and when. We moved three thousand URLs and lost four per cent of traffic for 2 before it recovered above where it started. Contract was two pages, plain English, with a thirty-day notice period and no auto-renewal trap. Support answers in under an hour during business hours, and the person who answers has access to our account history. They have earned the renewal.

FranceGood for privacy-minded teams
We needed something that doesn't track individuals across sites. Fits our policy and still gives enough insight.

United KingdomNo notes
Single sign-on worked first time and the role permissions are granular enough to give an agency read-only access. They have added features in response to our requests twice, and told us no, with a reason, three times. Happy to be a reference. No notes.

PolandLong may it continue
Contract was two pages, plain English, with a thirty-day notice period and no auto-renewal trap. Onboarding took eleven days from contract to first report, and they did the data migration themselves. The account manager is genuinely self-serve; my marketing executive set up her own views without a ticket. Long may it continue.

United Arab EmiratesHappy to be a reference
they ran a training session for our content team and sent the recording and a written summary afterwards - The implementation consultant knew our industry and corrected two assumptions we had been working from for years. The link building programme exports clean CSV and the column names have not changed in two years of us scripting against it. Happy to be a reference.

CzechiaWe have expanded the contract
The analytics integration gives me the one number my board asks abour without me having to build a slide. The account manager handles our six markets in one view with language and currency correct in each. Contract was two pgaes, plain English, with a thirty-day notice prriod and no auto-renewal trap. We have expanded the contract.
