Service is good and the contract has a twelve-month minimum, which we felt on month two. The campaign strategy document does what we need, although building a custom view takes more clicks than it should. The client portal has occasional data gaps that resolve themselves within a day, which undermines trust slightly. The integration took our developers 6 because two of the documented fields had been renamed. Still the best option we found.

Calendar integration stopped woooorking after an update and took a week to be fixed. since then fine .

NorwayOur team actually likes using it
They told us honestly that a result would take two quarters, and it took two quarters. We cancelled a second product mid-term and they prorated the refund without an argument. Billing is a single invoice with the line items matching the contract, which sounds trivial and is not. Our team actually likes using it.

Not clear which features sit on which plan. I upgraded for something that turned out to be on the higher tier. They credited the difference after I wrote in, so not bad.

The implementation consutlant knew our industry and corrected two assumptions we had been working from for years. They have added features in response to our requests twice, and told us no, with a reason, three times. I would buy this again at twice the price.

The technical audit has sensible defaults, so it was useful on day one rather than after a quarter of configuration. The onboarding process exports clean CSV and the column names have not changed in two years of us scripting against it.
