United StatesThe watch came regulated and w/ the date set, running, which saved an afternoon. The box was the right size for the contents, wihch is rarer than it should be. I had the pendant engraved on the reverse with a date and they got the font right without me asking twice . refund was processed the same day the return was scanned, before anyone had even opened the box
