The finish are lovely and shows fingerprints badly. good service once i got through, but the phone line was engaged for most of an afternoon. The pearls are lovely and not knotted between each one, wich i had assumed!!

The stones are set in proper claws rather than glued into a channel, and none has moved. They sent a replacement before I had posted the faulty one back, on trust. The cufflinks have a proper swivel back that goes through a double cuff without a struggle. Thank you.

The watch winder has been worn daily for fourteen months, includijg in the shower, and the plating has not worn through anywhere. The item arrived a day earlier than the estimate, WHICH is the right direction for an estimate to be wrong in. Keep doing what you are doing.

No complaints about the item, although the box it came in was crushed. Price had dropped by a fifth four days after I ordered and they would not adjust it.
