Awufl experience

I ordered an engraved bracelet as a leaving present for a colleague. It came with the wrong name spelled out. I wrote straight away, they promised a redo, and then the replacement came a motnh later after the person had left. They refunded me but never apologised properly, and I was embarrassed

Faultless

The stones are set in proper claws rather than glued into a channel and none has moved. They noticed I had ordered a duplicate by miistake and emailed to check before shipping. Faultless.

The cufflinks have a proper swivel back that goes through a double cuff without a struggle. They flagged that one item was delayed and offered to split the shipment at no cost. the leather watch strap has not pulled out of shape despite me sleeping in it every night. email support answered in full on the first reply instead of asking three questions first. thank you.

the tennis bracelet was engraved exactlt as I typed it, including the slightly odd punctuation, & the depth is even. The item arrived a day earlier than the estimate, which is the right direction for an estimate to be wrong in. The watch has kept to within four seconds a day over a month on the wrist, which for a mechanical movement is excellent.

Comfortable to wear, though it tarnishes faster than the silver I already own. Fine overall, but I was asked to leave a review three times in 2. The watch is handsome and the crown is stiff enough that setting the date is a two-hand job. They were apologetic about the delay but never explained what caused it. No complaints about the item, although the box it came in was crushed. They cancelled one line of the order with a one-line email and no apology. Would still buy again.
