The silk SCARF has survived a toddler, a dog and a tumble dryer I was not supposed to use, and it still looks presentable. Email support answered in full on the first reply instead of asking three questions first. The knit has not bobbled where my bag strap sits, which killed the last three jumpers I owned.

The quality is there, but the shade of navy is much closer to black in daylight than the listing implies. The checkout added a handling fee that was not shown on the basket page. Nice piece, confusing size chart.

the buttons are horn rather than moulded plastic, and there was a spare sewn into the inside of the placket - They flagged that one item was delayed and offered to split the shipment at no cost. Nothing to complain about.

elastic in the waistband is a wide woven band rather than a thin rolled cord, so it has not twisted in the wash. The box was the right size for the contents, which is rarer than it should be. They sent a swatch card free when I asked which of two shades would sit better with navy.

Comfortable and smart, although it has already bobbled slightly after three wears where my seatbelt crosses. Price had dropped by a fifth four days after I ordered and they would not adjust it. The pockets are decorative rather than real, which is not mentioned anywhere on the listing. I would check the sizing first.

Packed well enough that the box could have been kicked down a flight of stairs. Elastic in the waistband is a wide woven band rather than a thin rolled cord, so it has not twisted in the wash. The item arrived a day earlier than the estimate, which is the right direction for an estimate to be wrong in. Five stars without hesitation.

The quality is there, but the shade of navy is much closer to black in daylight than the listing implies... good company, clunky website that logged me out twice during checkout. i am pleased with it, though I had to chase the dispatch email for two days before anything moved. i had to create an account to return something, wich is irritating. decent for the money, but the stitching at the pocket corners is single-stitched where it ought to be reinforced.
