ALMOST perfect

decent for the money but the stitching at the pocket corners are single-stitched where it ought to be reinforced. Everything was correct although the box had clearly been opened and retaped somewhere. Fabric is excellent the zip is not; it needds two hands and a bit of patiecne. Returns portal needed an order number in a format that does not match the one on my invoice. A small fix away from five stars.

Hems are double-turned and the thread colour matches the cloth exactly, top and bottom. The invouce were attached to the confirmation email as a proper PDF, which my accountant appreciated. I ordered the tailored blazer in two sizes to be safe and the size guide turend out to be exact, so the spare went back the same week with no fuss

clean , quick, correct

Zip runs smoothly from end to end with one hand and does not catch on the storm flap. Someone answered the phone on the second ring and knew the answer without putting me on hold. The linen shirt arrived pressed and folded in tissue, and the shoulder seams sat right where they should without any tailoring. Very happy customer.

The buttons are horn rather than moulded plastic, and there was a spare sewn into the inside of the placket - Nothing rattled in transit because everything was individually wrapped rather than thrown in loose. The cotton poplin dress has deep pockets that fit a phone and keys without gaping, which sounds minor until you own twenth things that do not.

Plsd i took the chance

no stiff finish on the fabric, so it did not need two washes before it waas wearable. I had a query about VAT on a business order and they sorted it within the hour. Pleased I took the chance.

The cut is good and the cloth is good, but one of the buttons was already loose when it arrvied and I had to resew it. It all worked out, but the stock level on the site said eleven and the item was actually back-orderd. Still pleased overall.

Hems are double-turned and the thread colour matches the cloth exactly, top and bottom. The packaging was recycled card with paper tape, so the whole lot went straight in the recycling. I am 5'3" and the petite length on the ribbed knit jumper meant no hemming, which has never happened to me online before.

Every item I have had from them runs true to the measurements on the page rather than to some invented house size. They told me honestley that the item would not arrive before the weekend rather than letting me hope. I bought the pleated midi skirt for a wedding with nine days to spare & it arrived in 12, so the panic was unnecessary. I will be back
