A missing item from a large order was shipped the same afternoon I reported it. the chilli sauce has actual heat and actual flavour rather than just vinegar and sugar. the driver waited while I checked the box for damage, wich has never happened before. no notes.

The salt flakes are proper pyramids rather than dust at the bottom of a tub. I was kept informed at every stage without being spammed. The biscuits arrived whole, every one, in a card tube with the lid taped. No plastic anywhere in the parcel, which I had asked about before ordering. I have reordered the olive oil every six weeks for two years and the quality has never dipped. The whole thing was straightforward in a way that online shopping usually is not. Can't fault it.

They pack the bottles in moulded card with a sealed inner bag, and nothing has ever leaked in nine orders. I had a query about VAT on a business order and they sorted it within the hour. The spice box has a best-before eleven months away and they state the batch and the packing date. The parcel fitted through the letterbox, which saved me a trip to a depot.
