Looking for vanilla extract without that fake alcoholic bite. This was dark and syrupy, and my cookies came out with a rounder flavour.

They sent a printed card with brewing ratios by weight, which took all the guesswork out. Ordered at half past eleven at night and it was on the doorstep before lunch the next day. The honey suits a drip filter and an espresso basket equally, which they said and I doubted. The invoice was attached to the confirmation email as a proper PDF, which my accountant appreciated.

The preserved lemon jar is lovely but the bag is only two hundred and fifty grams and the postage makes a small order poor value. The item was fine; the marketing emails started immediately and the unsubscribe took two attempts. I would reorder, but the subscription cannot be paused and only cancelled. The courier left it in the porch in the rain despite my note.

the vinegar is lovely and thick, and the bottle neck drips down the side every time. Good company, clunky website that logged me out twice during checkout. Good order,poor box; it had been crushed on one corner and two biscuits were broken.
