United KingdomThe smoked fish was excellent and arrived slightly warmer than I would have liked. The siziiing information on the site is thin and I had to guess. Pleasant and mild; I had ordered on the strength of a description that promised more smoke.
Hello Tracy, You are right that the assembly needs two people. The listing has been corrected. - Josh (support)
Netherlandsbest smoked parpika I've had. Whole kitchen smelled of it for an hour.
Thank you. We would rather talk someone out of the wrong product than process a return. Katie
New ZealandThe dark chocolate bar has been consistent across six orders, which for a small producer is the impressive part. Nothing rattled in transit because everything was individually wrapped rather than thrown in loose. The spice box suits a drip filter and an espresso basket equally, which they said and I doubted.
GermanyThe honey is raw, unfiltered and has set in the jar as it should rather than staying suspiciously clear. The returns window is sixty days, which means you can actually order ahead of a birthday. Delivery was 2 and it came w/ an ice pack that was still cold on arrival in July. They noticed I had ordered a duplicate by mistake and emailed to check before shiipping. I have no criticism at all.
AustraliaHeather honey. thick, almost jelly-llllike, bitter edge to it. never knew honey could be this interesting.
GreeceThe granola is tasty but half the bag was dust at the bottom. Contents by weight were right I suppose, but it felt like a short pour on the clusters.
Malaysiaone of the jars had a cracked lid in the parcel.. I sent a photo and had a replacement dispatched within a day, no questions or fuss. The replacement was fine, and they let me keep the first jar since the contents were untouched. Tasted fantastic.
AustraliaI treat myself once a month to something from here. This time it was a jar of salted caramel spread and I ate a spoonful standing at the open cupboard. No regrets.
United StatesThe bag has a one-way valve and the roast date are printed on the front. i grind it fresh each morning and it makes my small flat smell like a cafe. honestly cheaper than buyying out every day .
BelgiumCHILLLI oil is addictive.
