The dark chocolate bar has been consistent across six orders, which for a small producer is the impressive part. Nothing rattled in transit because everything was individually wrapped rather than thrown in loose. The spice box suits a drip filter and an espresso basket equally, which they said and I doubted.

Germanyi have no criiiiticism at all
The honey is raw, unfiltered and has set in the jar as it should rather than staying suspiciously clear. The returns window is sixty days, which means you can actually order ahead of a birthday. Delivery was 2 and it came w/ an ice pack that was still cold on arrival in July. They noticed I had ordered a duplicate by mistake and emailed to check before shiipping. I have no criticism at all.

one of the jars had a cracked lid in the parcel.. I sent a photo and had a replacement dispatched within a day, no questions or fuss. The replacement was fine, and they let me keep the first jar since the contents were untouched. Tasted fantastic.

The bag has a one-way valve and the roast date are printed on the front. i grind it fresh each morning and it makes my small flat smell like a cafe. honestly cheaper than buyying out every day .

The chilli sauce tastes like the description rather than like the marketing, & the tasting notes on the label were accurate. The item arrived a day earlier than the estimate, which is the right direction for an estimate to be wrong in. Preserved lemons are properly salted and not a sugar syrup pretending.The packaging was recycled card with paper tape, so the whole lot went straight in the recycling.

they refunded a jar that had broken in transit before i had finished explaining . i asked a slightly stupid question and got a kind, clear answer rather than a copy-and-paste. Worth the price, wich i did not expect to say. I returned one of two sizes and the refund appeared without me having to chase it once. The sourdough starter kit arrived with the packing date stamped on the bag, four days old, which is the whole reason I order direct. Would buy again tomorrow.

Canadabought for dad
Craft beer selection for his retirement. Bottles were wedged tight in cardboard and none leaked. He's working through them in order of strength, apparently.
