United KingdomThe smoked fish was excellent and arrived slightly warmer than I would have liked. The siziiing information on the site is thin and I had to guess. Pleasant and mild; I had ordered on the strength of a description that promised more smoke.
Hello Tracy, You are right that the assembly needs two people. The listing has been corrected. - Josh (support)
GreeceThe granola is tasty but half the bag was dust at the bottom. Contents by weight were right I suppose, but it felt like a short pour on the clusters.
Netherlandssneakers zijn mooi maar zolen kraken. Ik denk dat ze nog inlopen. Als dat niet gebeurt ga ik klagen.
AustraliaThe preserved lemon jar is consistent and the grind option at checkout defaults to whole bean with no warning. Packaging was fine, just an absurd amount of it for one small thing.
Thank you for the honest review. You are right that the delivery estimate was optimistic, and we have changed it on the site to reflect what actually happens. Amira
SingaporeThe preserved lemon jar is excellent and the price has risen twice this year.Delivery estimate was a four-day window, wich is not much help if you have to be in.
Sorry the dispatch email did not arrive. It was going to spam for some providers and that is now fixed. Thanks again, Maya
AustriaChocolate bar a bit waxy for the price. The packaging was gorgeous. I probably paaid for the packaging.
Sorry about the oversized box. We have added two smaller box sizes since you ordered. Best wishes, Sam
United StatesBiscuits taste normal. Shop's lovely to deal with, sadly the product isn't memorable. Might try another flavour.
