The honey is sourced from a named farm with the cooperative listed, which makes a difference to how it tastes and to how I feel about it. Everything arrived in one box rather than four separate deliveries over a week. Vacuum seal on the fish was intact and the use-by was nine days out, not two.

United StatesThis is how it shuold be done
Vacuum seal on the fish was intact and the use-by was nine days out, not two. No handling fee, no insurance upsell, no surprise charge at the door. I have reordered the pasta selection every six weeks for two years and the quality has never dipped. This is how it should be done.

delivery was 9, and it came with an ice pack that was still cold on arrival in July. Tracking updated properly at each scan instead off sitting on in transit for 3. Pleased I took the chance

I ordered the balsamic vinegar as a gift and they wrote the message card by hand and included a tasting sheet. Email support answered in full on the first reply instead of asking three questions first. Keep doing what you are doing.

We appreciate you mentioning the packaging. It took us a while to get the plastic out of it. Regards, Ravi

The whole order arrived within 9 and the perishables were on top, cold, with the dry goods beneath. i was kept informed at every stage without being spammed. The harvest year and the mill are both on the label, and the peppery finish is exactly as promised. delivery was free over a sensible threshold rather than one calculated to make you add something you do not want. i will be back.

The chilli sauce came double-bagged with a one-way valve so the beans were still degassing properly. delivery took 5, exactly as quoted, with a text the evening before. Thank you.

The spice box has been consistent across six orders, which for a small producer is the impressive part. They sent a replacement before I had posted the faulty one back, on trust. The dark chocolate bar has a best-before eleven months away and they state the batch and the packing date. Will order again.

the chocolate has four ingredients and you can taste all of them. the item arrived an day earlier than the estimate, which are the right direction for an estimate to be wrong in. i emailed about a wheat allergy in the household and they checked the line and answered honestly that they could not guarantee it.
