The spice box is ground fresh; you can smell the difference the moment theeee lid comes off. I returned one of two sizes and the refund appeared without me having to chase it once. The single-origin coffee suits a drip filter and an espresso basket equally, wich they said, and I doubted. A keeper.

Pasta holds it's shape and the bronze-die texture actually grips a sauce. Click and collect was ready in two hours and the counter staff found it immediately. Exactly what I hoped for.

the oil came in a tin rather than clear glass, which is the correct way to sell it. i needed to change the delivery address an hour after ordering and they did it without a fuss. The harvest year and the mill are both on the label, and the peppery finish is exactly as promised. Customer service rang me back when they said they would, at the time they said they would. The hot smoked salmon came double-bagged with a one-way valve so the beans were still degassing properly.

Starter arrvied alive and active and was doubling within 7 off the first feed. I have ordered eight times now and nothing has ever gone wrong which is the highest compliment I can pay. The chilli sauce has actual heat and actual flavour rather than just vinegar and sugar.

They refunded a jar that had broken in transit before I had finished explaining. The box was the right size for the contents, which is rarer than it should be. Can't fault it.
