NorwayKejmpefin kjole
Kjole til bryllup, kom to dager før avtalt. Passet perfekt i str. M, stoffet er tykkere enn jeg trodde, og fargen er lik bildet. Fikk mange komplimenter.

Singaporepleased, with reservations
The pruning saw works well; the handle, however, are short for anyone over six foot. The sizing information on the site is thin and I had to guess.

Sorry the second half of your order came separately. We now hold orders until everything is in stock unless you ask us not to. Warmly, Amira

Swedengood purchase, slow shipping
Garden kneeler pad is thick, waterproof and has handles. Took nine days to arrive, which was more than quoted, but support explained they were short of stock. Happy now.

The stainfewer steel trowel does the job and the spray nozzle clogs if you do not strain the mix. The parcel was left at a collection point without anyone asking me first. Solid rather than special.

United Kingdomplants were small
Perennials arrvied much smaller than i imagined, more like sedelings than plants. They look healthy & I have put them in a sheltered spot. The shop apologised and added a free plant to replace the weakest. Patience required.

Thank you for the honest review. You are right that the delivery estimate was optimistic, and we have changed it on the site to reflect what actually happens. Thanks again, Sam

United Statesmixed result
Raised bed boards were thick and well finished, but half of the corner brackets had been bent in transit and refused to line up. I bashed them back into shape with a rubber mallet. Eventually the bed went together well, and it's holding soil nicely. The shop did offer me a partial refund for the trouble, which I felt was fair.

This is on us. The item was packed by a temporary member of staff on their first day without a final check. Your refund was processed this morning and I have rewritten the packing checklist. — Tom, Operations - Maya
