United StatesI had to replace a rotten fence along 15 metres. The panels came on a pallet, stacked flat, with posts, gravel boards and clips all labelled. One of the posts had a hairline split, I emailed a photo and a spare was posted within three days without question. My neighbour and I finished in two weekends. Fence is straight, solid and the stain is a nice mid oak.
United KingdomPleased overall, although support took 14 to confirm whether spare parts existed. Everything was correct, although the box had clearly been opened and retaped somewhere. Still pleased overall.
United KingdomOutdoor cushions for my rattan sofa. Waterproof covering, zips on the side so I can wash them. Still bright after a wet month.
Austriabattery blower with two speeds that clears my path in minutes. the battery lasts about twenty-five minutes on high. it is loud i wear ear defenders but the poer is real. the nozzle clip was loose so i used a bit of tape. delivered neatly and quick to start
United StatesHandles are ash with a proper tang going most of the way through, not a plastic socket. Refund was processed the same day the return was scanned, before anyone had even opened the box. No notes.
Thank you for the five stars. Enjoy the first wash, it only gets softer. Greg @ support
CanadaGood seed, slow germination in a cold spring.
Thank you for noting the pilling. We have moved that line to a longer staple yarn. Best wishes, Marcus
IrelandI ordered the pressure sprayer in February and it was here in 10, in time for the first dry weekend. They emailed a one-hour delivery window the morning of and hit it. The solar path light set arrived in 3 on a pallet, with every panel wrapped and the fixings in a labelled bag. I returned one of two sizes and the refund appeared without me having to chase it once. Keep doing what you are doing.
United StatesGzaebo went up easily.
Delighted this has held up. Do get in touch if it ever needs a spare part. Hannah
United StatesThey include a planting guide for the region rather than a generic one, and the sowing rate was right. The dispatch note listed everything with the prices, so checking the order took thirty seconds. The bird feeder is wide enough to shade a table of six and the crank has not stiffened.
United StatesGood value, fiiddly build.
Appreciate the note about the price change. We now honour the price you saw for seven days. Warmly, Greg
