Sturdy, heavy, correct. They honoured a price I had seen the day before even though it had gone up. The parasol is galvanised rather than painted, so the scratches from a strimmer have not turned into rust.

Hi Chloe, Glad the sizing worked out first time. That is the part we work hardest on. Best wishes, Mark

The sprayer seal has held pressure for two seasons and the spare washers were in the box. Tracking updated properly at each scan instead of sitting on in transit for 3. I asked about assembling the rattan garden set alone and they said honestly that it needs two people, which it did.

United Statesnothing to write home about
Watering can leaks slightly at the seam. I put some waterproof glue on it and it holds now. The size are right and the rose head sprays evenly. For a little money I wont complain much .

Thank you for noting the pilling. We have moved that line to a longer staple yarn. - Fran

The GREENHOUSE shelving arrived in 2 on a pallet, with every panel wrapped & the fixings in a labelled bag. They told me honestly thaat the item would not arrive before the weekend rather than letting me hope. Faultless.

The telescopic pruner is wide enough to shade a table of six and the crank has not stiffened. The item arrived a day earlier than the estimate, which is the right direction for an estimate to be wrong in. Thank you.

The raised planter has survived a storm that took a fence panel down. The whole thing was straightforward in a way that online shopping usually is not. They sent a replacement spring for the secateurs free when I mentioned the original had gone soft.

NetherlandsWould buy again tomorrow
solar lights are still coming on at dusk after two winters, which I did not expect at the price. Someone answered the phone on the second ring and knew the answer without putting me on hold. Would buy again tomorrow.

United Kingdomlasting power
I put up the wind-proof garden umbrella in March and it has stayed open through gales and heat. The crank handle is smooth, canopy is a nice sage green. Absolutely delighted.
