United KingdomI'd read so much about the hot sauce that my expectations soared. It's good, a bit vinegary, & the heat is mild. Nothing wrong, just not the revelation I'd read about.
Fair point on the sizing. We have added the measured chest and sleeve length to every product page since.
United StatesThe spice box lasted longer than i expected because a very small amount does the work. Refund was processed the same day the return was scanned, before anyone had even opened the box. The harvest year and the mill are both on the label, and the peppery finish is exactly as promised. Tracking updated properly at each scan instead of sitting on in transit for 3. The honey is sourced from a named farm with the cooperative listed, which makes a difference to how it tastes and to how I feel about it. The dispatch note listed everything with the prices, so checking the order took thirty seconds.
The oil came in a tin rather than clear glass, wich is the correct way to sell it. The courier note said they woudl leave it with the neighbour at number eleven, and they did. I emailed about a wheat allergy in the household and they checked the line and answered honestly that they could not guarantee it
United StatesNot too spicy, not too sweet, jar lasted two weeks.
We appreciate you mentioning the packaging. It took us a while to get the plastic out of it. Marcus @ support
United Kingdomi bake on weekends as a hobby and i'm fussy abt protein content. this stone-ground wholemsal gave me a taller loaf than the flour i've used for years, and the crumb was open and a bit nutty. sack was sealed and dry. slightly slower delivery than i'd like but no complaints about the product.
Thank you. We would rather talk someone out of the wrong product than process a return. - Aidan
United StatesThe chilli sauce has actual heat and actual flavour rather than just vinegar and sugar. I needed to change the delivery address an hour after ordering and they did it without a fuss. I ordered the olive oil as a gift and they wrote the message card by hand and included a tasting sheet. Bought one for my sister too.
United StatesThe starter kit works but the instructions assume you already know what a levain is.
United KingdomThe whole order arrived within 6 and the perishables were on top, cold, with the dry goods beneath. The invoice was attached to the confirmation email as a proper PDF, which my accountant appreciated. The chocolate has four ingredients and you can taste all of them. I have no criticism at all.
United Arab Emirateswent in with looow expectations after a bad experience elsewhere These srping rolls were crisp and the dipping sauce was zingy. Instructions to air-fry were spot on.
Fair comment on the cable length. We now include the longer cable as standard. The team
