The sourdough starter kit was crushed to powder…

The sourdough starter kit was crushed to powder in a padded envelope that should have been a box. They have changed their story three times about where the parcel is. The chocolate had bloomed to grey and tasted of nothing.

I am sorry. The restocking fee was applied by an old rule in our returns software that should have been removed last year. It has been refunded along with your original postage. — Marcus, Customer Care

A keeper

they refunded a jar that had broken in transit before I had finished explaining. The whole thing was straightforward in a way that online shopping usually is not. A keeper.

good value, slow courier

Everything inside was tasty and well wrapped. The delivery date slipped by two days and nobody told me, which was irritating given the perishables. Thankfully the cold packs held up.

Sorry the postage felt steep. We have introduced a lower free-delivery threshold as of this month. Aidan @ support

Five stars wthout hesitation

The biscuits arrived whole, every one, in a card tube with the lid taped. Everything arrived in one box rather than four separate deliveries over a week. Starter arrived alive and active and was doubling within 9 of the first feed. Delivery took 2, exactly as quoted, with a text the evening before. Five stars without hesitation

Arrived warm?? somehow

Ordered the sourdough starter kit for my daughter's birthday. Box arrived on a cold morning and the little jar was still cool but alive, and the instructions were handwritten, which she loved. She's feeding it twice a day and has named it Gerald.

You are right that the assembly needs two people. The listing has been corrected. Ellie, customer care

Sunday morning sorted

maple bacon, thick cut, crisped in a pan, no white gunk leaking out. The butcher's-style paper wrap made me feel posh

Confort immédiat

Les baskets sont confortables dès la première sortie, aucune ampoule après une journée entière. Expédition rapice, le jour même de la commande. Très satisfait, je repasserai commande.

gift went down a storm

Sent a tasting box of cheeses to my brother who just moved into his first flat. He rang me from the kitchen with his mouth full. Everything was wrapped in paper with a little card describnig each cheese, and the cold packs were still firm when it got to him. Good for anyone who's hard to buy for.
