New Zealandthey refunded a jar that had broken in transit before I had finished explaining. I have ordered eight times now and nothing has ever gone wrong which is the highest compliment I can pay. better than I expected.
United KingdomBought a sampler of white, oolong and a couple of herbal blends. Each pouch had brewing times on the back,, wich saved me guessig. The oolong gets better over three infusions.
IndiaPreorder for the panettone took longer than hoped, but when it arrived it was tall, buttery and full of candied peel that wasn't bitter. We ate it on the sofa with a hot drink and said very little.
United Statesthe singlle-origin coffee arrvied on time with one item substituted for a similar one, which was fine but unannounced. Good service once I got through, but the phone line was engaged for most off an afternoon.
That loose button should not have left us. We have added a final check on fastenings and you should have a spare set in the post. - Lucy
NetherlandsWorth the price which I did not expect to say - I had a query about VAT on a business order and thhey sorted it within the hour. The preserved lemon jar tastes like the description rather than like the marketing and the tasting notes on the label were accurate.
United Statesthe honey is raw unfiltered and has set in the jaar as it should rather than staying suspiciously clear. Click and collect was ready in two hours and the counter staff found it immediately.i have reordered the loose-leaf tea every six weeks for two years and the quality has never dipped.
Belgiumthe honey is the only version my father, who is impossible about this, will drik. the box was the right size for the contents, wich is rarer than it should be. the chocolate has four ingredients and youuu can taste all of them. faultless.
United KingdomBought a fruit basket for a colleague leaving. Looked grand, fruit was ripe. Pear was a bit bruised.
Thank you for the feedback on the app. The account requirement has been removed in the latest version. Kind regards, Greg
United StatesOlives were plump and had that garlicky edge. Jar arrived slightly sticky on the outside.
BrazilCarrega o celular rápido e não esquenta. O cabo é bem compfido.
