United KingdomThey sent a printed card with brewing ratios by weight, which took all the guesswork out. No plastic anywhere in the parcel, which I had asked abuot before ordering. The honey came double-bagged with a one-way valve so the beans were still degassing properly. Keep doing what you are doiing.
ItalyEverything from the packaging to the printed recipe card suggests people care here. The chai concentrate is spiced properly, with cardamom you can actually taste, and I use half the amount the instructions suggest because it's strong. Good value over a month.
Thank you for saying so. We will keep doing it this way. Thanks again, Josh
IrelandThe tasting box seemed expensive for what was inside. Samples were tiny and two of five were just ordinary biscuits.
This was a genuine failure on our side. Your order was never actually in stock and our site said eleven were available. The feed is fixed and you have been refunded with the postage. — Sam, Ecommerce Regards, Beth
Thank you. If you ever need the care instructions again they are on our site under Care. Best wishes, Tom
MexicoWe ordered a big box of mixed biscuits for the team and none were broken, which never happens. Everybody has a favourite already.
TürkiyeAyakkabılar şık ama taban ilk günlerde biraz sert.
ItalyPlant-based burgers hold their shape on a grill. Took off a star because the patties arrived partly thawed, tho they were safe to cook.
