United StatesThe e-reader does not wake the house up with a status chime every time the power flickers. the box was the right size for the contents, which is rarer than it should be. the e-reader charges from empty in under ninety minutes and the charger is included rather than sold separately. they sent a replacement beford I had posted the faulty one back, on trust. the fitness tracker arrived with firmware already up to date, which saved the usual hour of fighting an app. i have no criticism at all.
