BelgiumThe e-reader is lovely and the page turn has a slight lag that I notice on long bokos. Price had dropped by a fifth four days after I orderd and they would not adjust it. The soundbar arrived in 14 and one of the two included tips was the wrong size. Good service once I got throuuugh but the phone line was engaged for most of an afternoon.
