not for me
Bought a secound-hand style refurbished phone for my son. The battery health was much lower than the description implied, lasting barely half a day, and there was a faint scratch across the screen that wasnt mentioned. I returned it and the shop handled it fairly,, but I had to pay my own return shipping. Won't try again.

I am sorry the unit failed so quickly. It was a bad batch of cells and we knew about it; you should have been contacted. You have not been charged and a replacement is on its way. — Rajiv, Technical Support

Good screen, flimsy buttons
Good screen, flimsy buttons. Returns portal needed an order number in a format that does not match the one on my invoice. Works as described, but pairing to a second device means forgetting the first.

decent for exam season
Bought a second monitor for studying and for my sister's coding classes. the panel is bright, the stand is simple but robust, and the cable included was long enough for my desk arrangement. the speakers built in are tinny, so I use my own. I lost a star because the box arrived crushed at one corner, although the contents were fine. support apologised when I mentioned it, which was nice.

Fair point on the sizing. We have added the measured chest and sleeve length to every product page since.
Thanks again, Mark

instructions lacking
mini projector does display a picture but the focus ring is stiff and the manual is a single folded sheet with a translation that barely helps. Took me an evening to work out the wifi mirroring

overnight backups
External drive spins quietly and my backups finally run overnight without hiccups.. Bought two for redundancy.

Hey Fahad, Great to hear it suits your setup. Shout if you want a second one matched to it.
