Everything was packed in card with no plastic film, and the manual is a proper printed booklet. They flagged that one item was delayed and offered to split the shipment at no cost. The screen has no backlight bleed in the corners, which I checked specifically on a black image. The returns window is sixty days, which means you can actually order ahead of a birthday.

i run a small podcast from a spare room and needed a proper microphone without wiring up a mixer. This one plugs straight into the computer, the pickup pattern cuts most of the neighbour's lawnmower, and the pop filter in the box actually works. Shipping was quick and the box had foam inserts. i record two episodes a week and the gain knob has stayed in the same spot, so levels are consistent. i tested it against a more expensive one that a friend owns and honestly could not pick which was which in a blind listen.

The mechanical keyboard has a lovely thud to it. I went with the quieter switches because I share a room with my brother. He hasn't complained once, which is a win.

Built a small home server around a mini PC. Fan noise is minimal, it idles at a handful of watts, and the listing was accurate about the ports. One mounting screw was missing from the bag, I emailed and a replacement arrived within the week without any argument. Idle temperatures sit around forty degrees and it has run for five weeks without a restart. A really good base for the price and size.
