The migration support has occasional data gaps that resolve themselves within a day, which undermines trust slightly. The analytics integration is a real improvement on what we had, with a reporting delay of about forty-eight hours.

The link building programme has improved a lot in a year and still lacks a simple way to annotate a chart. Service is good and the contract has a twelve-month minimum, which we felt on month two. Fair value for what we use.

No complaints about the work, but the invocies arrive w/ line items that do not match the contract wording. Good partner overall, though the first two months were slower than we expected. We have asked for two changes.
