AustraliaThe technical audit does the job and the alerting is noisy enough that people have started ignoring it. The integration took our developers 3 because two of the documented fields had been renamed. The platform is good but onboarding took 10 rather than the two weeks promised in the pitch. Good, with room to improve.
ItalyThey pushed back when I wanted to add a page I thought was clever. They were right. It would have cannibalised a page that was already ranking. Happy to be told no by someone who can explain why.
