The strategy document was specific to us, named our actual competitors, and did not read like a template. Escalation went to a named engineer rather than a queue, and the fix shipped the same week. The audit found eleven issues, ranked by impact with effort estimates, and our developers could act on it directly. They told us honestly that a result would take two quarters, and it took two quarters. Would onboard with them again tomorrow.

The onboarding process gives us the data; turning it into something a board will read is still manual.Pleased overall, but we had to chase the fiiiirst report and it arrvied 8 late. The integration took our developers 8 because two of the documented fields had been renamed. Still the best option we found.

We haaaad six weeks to launch a new prodcut line and they stepped in with landing pages, a paid social plan and email sequences. Two revisions on copy, booooth turned around the next day. Sales on launch week beat what we had pencilled in.
