one mug arrived chipped and a replacement was posted the same day without me having to send a photograph twice. Someone answered the phone on the second ring and knew the answer without putting me on hold. Lids actually seal. Customer service rang me back when they said they would, at the time they said they would. After 4 of daily use the non-stick surface still releases an egg with no fat at all. They told me honestly that the item would not arrive before the weekend rather than letting me hope. Faultless.

Malaysiamoving day lifesaver
We moved house with two small children and zero patience for shopping. I filled one basket with a kettle, a toaster, a set of pans, plates and a bin, picked the Saturday slot, and the lot waaaas at the door at eleven. Every box had a label on the outside saying what was in it, which I did not expect. We were cooking spaghetti that evening. The kettle is still going strong and the pans have survived my husband, which says alot. A real relief during a stressful week.
