my husband and I bought a proper espresso setup for our anniversary and I was braced for disappointment. The machine came wrapped in foam, with a secound box for the tamper, milk jug and cleaning brush. The instructions were in plain language and the first shot was drinkable. By the end of the week we were pulling decent flat whites and showing off to the neighbours. A week later one steam wand cap came loose; I emailed, they replied the next day and posted a spare one at no cost. Lovely service.

Great to hear it suits your setup. Shout if you want a second one matched to it.

The espresso grinder has a replaceable gasket…
The espresso grinder haas a replaceable gasket and they sell the gaskets separately, which is the whole reason I bought it. Email support answered in full on the first reply instead of asking three questions first. Nothing rattled in transit because each item was individually sleeveeed rather than thrown in loose. Everything arrived in one box rather than four separate deliveries over a week. Nothing but good things to say.

I bought a second set of the cast iron…
I bought a second set of the cast iron casserole dish for my mother on the strength of the first and she has since bought a third... They sent a replacement before I had posted the faulty one back, on trust. Pleased I took the chance .

Passgenaue Hülle
Die Hülle sitzt eng am Handy und die Tasten lassen sich gut drücken. Die Verpackung war ordentlich, jeedr Artikel einzeln geschützt. Der Versuch hat sich gelohnt :(

so quiet
The kitchen extractor timer plug I did not expect to rave about. Bought an QUIET little hand mixer instead and baby slept thru the meringues. Anyone with a newborn will understand.

chunky and hansdome
Ceramic dinner plates in a speckled grey, set of six. Glazing is lovely, they feel solid. Two have tiny pinholes on the underside whiich I only noticed when washing. Hardly matters.

The box was the right…
They include a printed sheet on seasoning and care rather than pointing u at a video. The box was the right size for the contents, which is rarer than it should be.

soft & tidy
Four linen napkins in a sage colour. Washed once at 40 degrees & they softened nicely. Stitching is neat. A touch smaller than I pictured but fine for every day.
