NetherlandsPakket kwam tien dagen te laat en niemand heeft iets laten weten.
I am sorry about the duplicate charge. Our payment provider was retrying failed authorisations and double-capturing. It is fixed and your second charge was reversed on Tuesday. — Alex, Finance Joe, customer care
Germanydelivered in 2 and the box was labelled fragile on all four sides, which the courier evidently respected. They told me honestly that the item would not arrive bfore the weekend rather than letting me hope. I measured the drop on the curtains three times before ordering and they arrived exactly as specified, lined and weighted at the hem. Bought one for my sister too.
Francele thé sent merveilleusement bon des l'ouverture, j'en racheterai sans hésiter. Livré en quatre joyrs, bien calé dans le carton. Content de mon achat, voilà tout.
United KingdomLids actually seal .
AustriaGuter Artikel und freundlicher Kontakt, die Rückerstattung hat jedoch drei Wochen gedauert.
TürkiyeThe towels are still absorbent after twenty washes and have not gone that stiiiiff, waxy way cheap cotton does. Nothing rattled in transit because everything was individually wrapped rather than thrown in loose. Genuinely pleased .
SwitzerlandThe grind on the burr grinder is consistent enough that I stopped chasing the dial after a week. The driver waited while I checked the box for damage, wich has never happened before. Nothing rattled in transit because each item was individually sleeved rather than thrown in loose.
SwitzerlandQualität übertrifft meine Erwartungen.
United KingdomLovely mugs, thick walls.
United Kingdomi ordered the pedal bin on a Thursday evening and the courier left it in the porch on Saturday morning as instructed. A missing item from a large order was shipped the same afternoon I reported it. They sent a handwritten note with the order and it did not read like a template. Refund was processed the same day the return was scanned, before anyone had even opened the box. Would buy again tomorrow.
