United Kingdomi cook for a big family so i am hard on equipment. i ordefed a large stockpot, a roasting tin with a rack, and two baking sheets. The stockpot has a thick base and a lid that rattles slightly but never boils over. The roasting tin held a 5 kg tukey without bending and the sheets have not warped even at a high heat. Delivery came three days after I paid, in two cartons, nothing dented. Honestly I should have bought these years ago
