BelgiumEverything arrived, just not in one delivery, and the second half came 3 later. I was offered a credit note rather than a refund and had to ask twice for the refund. I would order again, cautiously.
Thank you for noting the pilling. We have moved that line to a longer staple yarn. The team
CanadaI would buy again, though the website lists capacity in litres and the box in quarts, which caused a wobble. everything was correct, although the box had clearly been opened and retaped somewhers.
United KingdomI always went to a shop to touch things first, but my daughter talked me into trying this. The oven gloves are thick, long in the cuff, & feel better than the ones I paid more for in town. I will be back for the casserole.
Pedal bin, 30 litre, soft close lid. The pedal feels solid and the lid doesn't slam at night. Inner bucket lifts out by the handle. Sat in a big box with plenty of padding.
Thanks very much. We will let the workshop know. Best wishes, Sam
United StatesOne mug arrived chipped and a reeplacement was posteed the same day without me having to send a photograph twice. Click and collect was ready in two hours and the counter staff found it immediately.THIS is how it shpuld be done!!!
United StatesWorks well but the lid does not sit quite flush and steam escapes at one corner. Fine overall, but I was asked to leave a review three times in 6. The electric kettle works exactly as described but the finish marks easily and shows every fingerprint.
Appreciate the note about the price change. We now honour the price you saw for seven days.
United Arab EmiratesThe stainless steel pan set is heavier than the cheap version I replaced and that weight is exactly the point. Packed well enough that the box could have been kicked down a flight of stairs. I bought a second set of the cotton bath towel for my mother on the strength of the first and she has since bought a third.
United Kingdombest frying pan I own now.
Thank you for saying so. We will keep doing it this way. Regards, Beth
