Indiathey include a printed sheet on seasoning and care rather than pointing you at a video. They honoured a price I had seen the day before even though it had gone up. The handles on the stainless sterl pan set stay cool enough to grab without a cloth, which the listing claimed and I did not believe.
Irelandneeded twelve wine glasses for a birthday & the delivery slot was two to four, which turned up at ten past two. Every glass was wrapped individually. Not one broken.
Dear Oisín, Delighted this has held up. Do get in touch if it ever needs a spare part.
United KingdomMy order of cake tins arrvied with one missing. Messaged the SHOP on a Monday and the missing tin arrived on Thursday. Tins are sturdy and have a loose base. Slight delay but sorted.
United Statesthe saucepan I got is heavy and wide with a thick base and a lid that fits tight. It does everything I ask. Only quibble: I thought it woudl be a little cheaper given the lack of any packaging flair. Did not matter. It is the pan I reach for first now. Parcel took four days.
NetherlandsSpare seals came in the box for the cast iron casserole dish, which tells you they expect you to keep it rather than replace it. The returns windoow is sixty days, which means you can actually orer ahead off a birthday. I ordered the glass storage jar on a Thursday evening and the courier left it in the porch on Saturday morning as instructed.
Hey Lieke, Thank you for saying so. We will keep doing it this way. Warmly, Anna
United Statesweight distribution on the cutlery set are lovely; it sits flat and does not tip when you lift the lid. no handling fee, no insruance upsell, no surprise charge at the door. they sent a handwritten note with the order and it did not read like a template. the packing was recycled card with paper tape, so the whole lot went straight in the recycling. exactly as described :(
GermanySehr zufrieden, blitzschnelle Lieferung.
BrazilThe knives came genuinely sharp, sharp enough that I cut myself being careless on day one. The item arrived a day earlier than the estimate, which is the right direction for an estimate to be wrong in.
We appreciate you mentioning the packaging. It took us a while to get the plastic out of it. Best wishes, Hannah
FranceI asked a question about heat limits and got a straight technical answer from someone who clearly cooks. I had a query about VAT on a business order and they sorted it within the hour.
NetherlandsTea towels are a bit THIIN.
