South AfricaHad a question about whether the enamel pot could go on an induction hob. I assumed I would be ignored, but a person replied the same afternoon with a clear yes & which size suited a family of four. Pot arrived four days later, double boxed. It is a deep red and looks wonderful on the hob. Making risotto in it tonight.
United Statesbuilt like it was made to be repaired.
Dear Amber, We appreciate you mentioning the packaging. It took us a while to get the plastic out of it. Warmly, Joe
Germanyi bought a second set off the ceramic dinner plate for my mother on the strength of the first and she has since bought a third. No plaastic anywhere in the parcell, which I had asked about before ordering.
IrelandGot a set of teacus for my sister's housewarming. Pale blue with a gold line, thin but not fragile. She uses them for her Sunday tea and sent me a photo.
United StatesThe towels are still absorbent after twenty washes and have not gone that stiff, waxy way cheap cotton does. Everything arrived in one box rather than four separate deliveries over a week. i will be back :(
SpainThe colour of the stoneware is a little greyer than the listing photographs suggest. No dispatch email, so the parcel turning up was a surprise.Nearly there!!!!
TürkiyePaket iki haftadan uzun sürdü, defalarca yazmak zorunda kaldım. Ürün idare eder ama deneyim kötüydü.
I am sorry. The returns address we gave you was a warehouse we left in March and the label was still in circulation. Your parcel has been found, you are refunded, and the old labels are destroyed. — Marta, Customer Service Lead Josh
United KingdomThe grind on the burr grinder is consistent enough that I stopped chasing the dial after a week. Support replied in under twenty minutes on a Saturday. Packed properly in moulded pulp, not polystyrene, and every single piece of a sixteen-item order arrived intact. A rare good experience.
United KingdomI had one set of oven gloves and wanted a spare. These are thick, a decent length and washable. Mine are grey, which hides sains. Not as foexible as I'd like for fiddly jobs.
Sorry about the oversized box. We have added two smaller box sizes since you ordered. Thanks again, Jess
United KingdomI have put the ceramic dinner plate through a house move, a rental kitchen and two sets of tenants and it is unmarked. Email support answered in full on the first reply instead of asking three questions first.
