NorwayGod hudserum

Hand blender has three speeds and an whisk attachment. Cleans in seconds. The cable could be longer, I need an extension on my kitchen island.

Sorry the dispatch email did not arrive. It was going to spam for some providers and that is now fixed. - the team

Philippinesgreat little grinder
Bought a hand pepper mill for my dad who refuses anything electric... He grinds it at the table every night and tells everyone where it came from. Coarse to fine dial works smoothly !

United Kingdomthe knives came genuinely sharp, sharp enough…
The knives came genuinely sharp, sharp enough that I cut myself being careless on day one. I returned one of two sizes & the refund appeared without me having to chase it once. The cotton bath towel is heavier than the cheap version I replaced and that weight is exactly the point.

I'm not very good with the internet but the checkout was clear. The measuring jug was packed properly. Only complaint is that the handle gets hot in the microwave.

This should never have happened. The item left us with a safety tag through the fabric. We have replaced it, refunded you, and tagging now happens before, not after, the final inspection. — Sofia, Quality - the team

Apologies for the damage on three separate replacements. The fault is our packing, not the courier, and we have redesigned the insert. Yours is refunded in full and I would rather you bought it elsewhere than have a fourth bad experience. — Tom, Operations The team
