United Statesi am seventy-three and i know what a good saucepan feels like. this stainless steel set has thick bases that do not catch, lids that fit snugly and handles that stay put. i cooked a custard in thee small one and it did not scorch once. delivered on the morning slot they gave me, the man carried it to the kichen.

United Kingdomordered two dozen tumblers for a family gathering. Twenty three arrived perefct and one was in pieces, though the box had good padding so I suspect the damage happened before it was packed. I sent a photo and they dispatched a replacement the next morning, no questions asked. The tumblers are thick but elegant. Grateful for the speedy fix.
